Let's make moderation fashionable!

Let's make moderation fashionable!

Since the launch of Wine in Moderation in 2008, Sogrape has been fully committed to informing consumers about the risks of alcohol abuse and misuse, whilst encouraging moderation in the enjoyment of wine. In this context, every year Sogrape launches the Wine in Moderation Week dedicated to employees, with the aim to raise awareness on a healthier, more balanced, and responsible lifestyle.

Between the 22nd and the 26th of November 2021, under the motto “Let’s make moderation fashionable”, a new edition of the Wine in Moderation Week was held involving employees in a program dedicated to well-being. This year, Sogrape featured a training module on the Wine in Moderation Programme raising awareness on the importance of moderation and keeping employees updated on the current developments in the alcohol policy framework.

The 9th edition of the Wine in Moderation week included a range of healthy menus, with particular attention to the Mediterranean Diet, a physical posture workshop with a specialist and a wine cocktails tasting. In addition to these initiatives, brochures presenting the Wine in Moderation messages and including tips on how to adopt a healthy lifestyle were distributed and made available online.

Over 600 people were reached through Sogrape’s initiative.
