Assoenologi, the latest partner to join Wine in Moderation, is organising the Forum “Wine and Young People: A Meeting Between Culture and Responsibility” on 13 March 2026 in Florence. The initiative reflects a shared commitment to fostering a responsible and sustainable wine culture by listening to a generation that approaches wine with curiosity, critical thinking, and strong awareness of health and sustainability.

The conference will place young adults and their direct testimonials at the centre of the discussion, alongside educators, journalists, and experts. By exploring evolving consumption patterns and encouraging informed choices, the Forum aims to promote a culture of conscious and moderate wine appreciation aligned with the core values of Wine in Moderation.
