Mood, Food and responsible drinking at Wine2Wine - Verona

02-03/12/15, Verona, the culture of responsible wine appreciation was presented by Wine in Moderation Association in the Mood and Food Session of the 2nd edition of the Wine2Wine Conference in Italy.

Organized in Italy by Vinitaly International, Wine2Wine is a unique B2B event entirely dedicated to the business of wine, providing the opportunity not only to meet and interact with the most important Italian and international wineries and opinion leaders but also to gather updated information and know-how in order to better face the challenges of the ever changing wine sector.

In an event attended by more than 1000 people, the programme addressed a variety of issues currently challenging the wine industry. In a session moderate by Dr. Ian d’Agata, Dr. Vincenzo Russo from the IULM University and Stylianos Filopoulos of the Wine in Moderation Association, were invited to address the topic Food & Mood. Following the most interesting presentation by Vincenzo Russo on the brain function in decision making and neuromarketing, Stylianos Filopoulos discussed on the influence of the nature and the culture of wine in the consumption patterns and the importance to maintain a sustainable wine culture that inspires well-being and healthy lifestyles.

The event had the high support of WIM national coordinators in Italy FEDERVINI and UIV and also gave the opportunity to meet with many key Italian actors and present the evolution of the Wine in Moderation Programme.

The very good organisation of the conference, the high attendance, the quality of the speakers and presentations left high expectation for the next edition of Wine2Wine.
