Wine in Moderation goes to Hungary

3 March 2016, Budapest – WIM Association presented the Social Responsibility Programme of the wine sector in the 4th edition of the Wine Law and Marketing Conference.

Organised together with the State Secretariat of Rural Development and in cooperation with the Prime Minister’s Office and the Hungarian Tourism office, the conference was attended by several ministry officials and wine business executives and representatives.

Following the discussions with the Vindepent and the Pannonia Wine Sisterhood on introducing the Wine in Moderation Programme in Hungary, the conference was the perfect opportunity to present the Programme to the whole Hungarian Wine Sector and structure Hungary’s respective participation.

“Hungary is a country with a fascinating wine culture and innovative wine professionals and we are delighted to see their high interest in sustainability” mentioned WIM Association’s Director Stylianos Filopoulos, and continues “We hope to welcome you soon in the social responsibility movement of the wine sector”.
