Since it joined Wine in Moderation, ASOVINOS has been focusing intensely on educating professionals on responsible wine consumption. Two training sessions were recently organised in cooperation with Dislicores, an associate of Asovinos, determined to inform consumers on how to enjoy wine in moderation and responsibly.
More than 100 professionals attended these presentations which were followed by tastings where water and food were served as well. The details and stories about the selected wines were also given to the participants who learned more about the wineries’ tradition, their history, aromas and flavours. A central message to fully enjoy the wine and appreciate its unique character.
