Wine in Moderation awarded by the Cork Sector for its commitment to responsible wine consumption
Wine in Moderation was been awarded at the 32nd edition of the Gla d'Or Awards, organised by the Association of Cork Entrepreneurs from Catalonia (AECORK). This recognition honors its efforts in promoting responsible wine consumption and its leadership in fostering a sustainable and healthy wine culture—values shared by the cork industry.
The award was received by Eduardo de Diego, Director of Communication for the Spanish Wine Federation and Vice President of Wine in Moderation. Alongside Wine in Moderation, AECORK also awarded the Biodiversity Foundation, baker Isabel García, and veteran cork worker Miquel Mascort, all acknowledged for their commitment to sustainability and the promotion of cork, wine, and the country’s gastronomic heritage.
Throughout its 32 editions, the Gla d'Or Awards have celebrated the contributions of significant institutions and individuals, not only from the wine and cork sectors but also from journalism, politics, culinary arts, environmental organisations, and cultural and sports representatives.
