WiM Association Board nominates Nadia Frittella as new Secretary General to lead the Wine in Moderation Programme

The Board of Administrators is delighted to announce the appointment of Nadia Frittella as Secretary General of the WiM Association, following an extensive recruitment process that generated 67 applicants from many backgrounds. Ms. Frittella will assume the new role as of 1st July 2020.

A graduate of the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Nadia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism & Communication, a Master’s degree in Corporate & Marketing Communication, and a Complementary Master in the Pluridisciplinary Analysis of the European Construction from the Institute of European Studies.

Since joining the WiM Association in 2013 as Communications and Event Manager, Nadia has been actively collaborating in the implementation of the programme and the expansion of the WiM Association.

"Nadia combines qualifications with experience and is undoubtedly the best candidate to lead the Association” said the Board of the WiM Association, “we would like to congratulate her on this important step and wish her all the best in this new challenge”.

More recently, Nadia has been an integral part of the development of the new WINE IN MODERATION Brand Strategy with responsibility for its ongoing implementation, and has also been responsible for the interim management of the WiM Association since December, proving her competence and providing her with an important insight to the needs and future challenges we face.

Wine in Moderation is a unique programme to which I am deeply committed,” said Nadia. “I am honoured to have been chosen to continue the very important work that has been done so far and lead the movement as the social responsibility reference of the wine sector for the years to come.”
