Wine in Moderation presents digital Responsible Service training at 45th OIV Congress

Wine in Moderation was present at the 45^th World Congress of Vine and Wine which took place from 14-18 October in Dijon, France.

During one of the sessions of Commission IV ‘Safety and Health’, Secretary General of WiM Association, Nadia Frittella presented the soon-to-be launched digital version of the Responsible Service training, a complete and comprehensive training tool developed for all professionals working with wine, giving them the necessary knowledge and tools to responsibly present, serve and sell wine.

Over 50 people attended the presentation, and some questions were asked during and after the session, showing the important interest from professionals on this new training tool. 

International organisations like the International Organisation of Vine and Wine (OIV) and other professional bodies have a significant role—not only in recognising the importance of such training but also including it in job profiles of wine professionals as well as promoting and fostering partnerships and initiatives to support it.
