A associação Vin & Société foi criada em 2003. Representa e agrupa a indústria francesa de vinhos com o objetivo de transmitir conhecimentos sobre vinho e a sua cultura para promover um consumo de álcool responsável.

Os seus membros são 21 organizações interprofissionais regionais que representam todos os produtores de vinho por região e 7 organizações nacionais: Comércio (UMVIN); produção (CNAOC, VIF, CCVF, Vin IGP); organizações interprofissionais (CNIV, ANIVIN de France).
