When a new challenge comes up, the best way to face it is turning it into an opportunity. During the worldwide lockdown due to COVID-19, different online initiatives have evolved encouraging people to enjoy their time at home and use it to learn something new in a fun and informal way.
To encourage consumers to learn more about the world of wine, ASOVINOS decided to launch a social media campaign “#ENCASACONASOVINOS” (at home with ASOVINOS) to share responsible messages with wine consumers and encourage a sustainable consumption of wine. The messages include which glass suits best each wine, food and wine pairings, responsible consumption tips, fun facts about the diverse wine regions, how to decant a wine, etc.
With lockdown measures moving to a new phase and allowing people more freedom, a new campaign is also underway: ASOVINOS will promote responsible consumption from a wider perspective, also addressing bio-safety standards as an integral part of the programme and supporting the restaurant, bar, discotheque and hotel sectors, important allies in the promotion of wine culture.
