Bodegas de Argentina strengthens Wine in Moderation actions

WiM National Coordinator, Bodegas de Argentina has since its adhesion in 2013 been very active in promoting the message of moderation and implementing Wine in Moderation actions in the country. This year, their focus has been to further strengthen these actions, targeting both wine professionals and consumers.

To ensure a user-friendly and enjoyable experience for visitors, Bodegas de Argentina has updated the national website dedicated to Wine in Moderation, which includes information on drinking guidelines, wine and balanced lifestyle, consumption tips, latest news and a section dedicated to inviting wine companies to join the programme. Social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X) are also regularly updated to keep both consumers and wine professionals updated on the latest news and activities but also on how to enjoy wine responsibly and in moderation.

Furthermore, Bodegas de Argentina is present at the biggest national wine fairs and exhibitions, introducing Wine in Moderation, informing attendees about responsible and moderate drinking, and handing out materials, such as brochures, flyers and coasters with the Wine in Moderation logo, responsible drinking tips and a QR code redirecting visitors to the dedicated website.

The Argentinian National Coordinator is currently working on engaging the national sector to join the common efforts of the global Wine in Moderation community to raise awareness about the responsible consumption of wine in the frame of the 2024 edition of Wine in Moderation Day which will take place on 8 November.
