Argentina off to a flying start

From the moment Bodegas de Argentina (BAAC) became Member of WIM Association and  joined the Wine in Moderation - Art de Vivre (WIM) Programme in March 2013, a 360 degrees action plan was set in place. This action plan encompassed: communication, contact with the press, education, implementation of WIM messages, launching events, and most importantly – inviting companies to be part of the programme.

A WIM step forward for Unione Italiana Vini

Unione Italiana Vini (UIV) launched its new working committees among which the committee on “Wine and Health” during its last board meeting in December 2013, followed by the Association’s Annual Christmas Dinner.

AN EVER GROWING WINE IN MODERATION PROGRAMME IN SPAIN

Following the adhesion of ACEVIN (Spanish Wine cities Association) to the WIM programme in November 2013, the Spanish Federation of Wine (FEV) and the Wine and Nutrition Research Foundation (FIVIN) formalised a new commitment adhesion of the “Serranía de Ronda Wineries and Wine Route” on 17 of January 2014. In addtion 4 more key actors joined the WIM Programme in Spain.

WHAT IS THE WINE IN MODERATION - ART DE VIVRE PROGRAMME ?

The Wine in Moderation – Art de Vivre Programme was officially launched in 2008 when all relevant actors of the European wine industry came together to develop a holistic and comprehensive programme to promote responsibility and moderation in wine consumption.

WIM in the press

29/01/14, the Huffington Post (France) published an article referring on the proceedings of the 2nd WIC Scientific Conference and mentioning the Wine in Moderation-Art de Vivre aisbl and two of its members: the Deutsche Weinakademie and Vin et Société.
