Dr. Ramón Estruch, President of FIVIN, participated as a speaker at the 2024 edition of the Tomorrow Tastes Mediterranean conference organised on 14-15 October in Barcelona.
Tomorrow Tastes Mediterranean is a series of annual international conferences organised by the Torribera Mediterranean Center, a joint project of the University of Barcelona and The Culinary Institute of America, aiming “to help the restaurant, foodservice industry and affiliated sectors better understand and transfer the healthful, sustainable, and cultural principles of the Mediterranean Diet into menus and products suited to the demands of 21st century consumers”.
During his keynote speech, Dr. Ramón Estruch explored the health and well-being benefits of the Mediterranean Diet, emphasizing the role of a moderate consumption of wine with meals and within a balanced lifestyle.
The aim of these sessions is to ignite a conversation about the future of food and healthy lifestyles, with the goal of promoting a culinary philosophy that enhances well-being.
