Ruffino honours Wine in Moderation Day 2024 by training HORECA staff in Responsible Service
For the second consecutive year, Wine in Moderation Ambassador company Ruffino put the Responsible Service training at the center of its activities in celebration of Wine in Moderation Day.
The staff of seven restaurants and other HORECA establishment were trained in Responsible Service by CSR and Environmental Manager of Ruffino and certified trainer Thomas Blasi, during the weeks leading up to 8 November. The participants were not only trained in responsible service, but they also received branded Wine in Moderation Day material to showcase in their premises during the week of the Wine in Moderation Day, as well as the training content. To continue showing their commitment to encouraging moderate and responsible drinking, they will appear as trained professionals on the Wine in Moderation website’s community map.
The aim of the Responsible Service training developed by Wine in Moderation is to give all professionals working with wine the necessary information and skills to help them best present wines in a responsible way, whether it is in their wineries, restaurants, wine bars, etc.
