Constructed around three main themes: "mobilise", "commit" and "enlighten", the new Vin et Société (V&S) website was launched at the beginning of the year.
This new website aims to put forward the wine sector’s global commitment to social responsibility as well as science based information about wine, health and social aspects, to comprehensively inform and educate French wine professionals and citizens on moderate and responsible wine drinking.
Considering the active participation of V&S in the international Wine in Moderation-Art de Vivre (WIM) Association and Programme, the section dedicated to the wine sector’s social responsibility commitment presents the concepts of responsible consumption and drinking guidelines, but also the European Wine Business’ Commitment to the EAHF, the VETArtdeVivre Partnership Programme on Vocational Education and Training and other national and international initiatives.
In parallel, the section dedicated to scientific information will also, among others, act as a platform for the Wine Information Council website and will further spread important scientific research related to wine, health and social aspects.
French consumers will find all necessary information about moderate and responsible consumption on this bright new website. Furthermore, the “Magazine” will present information about the wine sector in french and european societies.
