18 March 2018 - 01 January 1970
Location: the Netherlands
Organizer: Koninklijke Vereniging van Nederlandse Wijnhandelaren - KVNW

Country: Netherlands

After a successful first season, the TV show “Wit rosé and rood trip” will be going on a second ride with Wine in Moderation.

On 10 January 2018, wine journalist, Harold Hamersma, and writer and gastronomy specialist, Ronald Giphart, left for South Africa to discover the endless vines and beautiful landscapes the country has to offer together with the friendly virtual person Wim, who presents the moderation message in a fun and interactive way.

Of course, the trip is not only about beautiful sceneries and landscapes, it is also about helping the viewers discover the various varieties of wines, their culture and history and of course simple tips about the best way to appreciate a glass of wine: in moderation and responsibly.

The first edition of the show saw the two wine enthusiasts drive through the vines of California. Broadcasted by Fox 24 kitchen, the show was entirely sponsored by the KVNW in the frame of their responsible “Wim over wijn” campaign.

The first episodes of the new season of the “Wit rosé and rood trip” will be broadcasted on 18 March, stay tuned!
