The WiM supporter has to adhere to the programme’s values and principles and the Wine Communication Standards (WCS), to sustain the missions and objectives of the programme and encourage moderation and responsibility in the consumption of wine, by taking WiM Actions under the guidance of the National WiM Coordinator. The Wine in Moderation Programme National Coordinator (WIM TM Collective User) in your country, is responsible for approving your application to join the programme and authorise the use of the logo. In case there should not be a Wine in Moderation Programme National Coordinator in your respective country, the WiM Association (Owner of the WIM TM and the programme's international coordinator), will approve your application and authorise the use of the Wine in Moderation logo. The WIM Logo is a registered TM protected under law.
