Already available in 11 languages, the Wine in Moderation website has now also been translated to Lithuanian, bringing it to a total of 12 languages*.
The country’s nationals will now have the opportunity to browse through the Wine in Moderation website in their national language to learn more about the moderate and responsible consumption of wine, but also to discover more about the culture of wine, wine and calories, and the moderation message.
In parallel, the Sommelier School has been working hard on developing Wine in Moderation material in Lithuanian, increasing its communication reach. Wine bottles of the premium wine house/shop “Vyno klubas”, have started to bear additional labels with the Wine in Moderation logo and information on Standard Alcohol Units, providing information about the moderate consumption of wine and safe levels of drinking.
The national WiM Coordinator, Sommelier School of Lithuania, joined Wine in Moderation in December 2017, becoming the first National Coordinator in the Baltic countries.* The website is available in English, Italian, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Greek, Swedish, Hungarian, Dutch, Russian and Lithuanian.
